The goal was to create an intuitive mobile experience that makes condominium management accessible to everyone, from tech-savvy millennials to long-time residents. This presented several key opportunities:

User - Friendly Interface

The User-Friendly Interface is designed to make property management simple and intuitive for administrators. With a clean layout, organized tables, and clearly labeled sections, users can easily manage tenants, approve requests, and monitor account statuses. Features like bulk actions, search functionality, and visible status indicators help reduce complexity and speed up daily administrative tasks.

Everything is structured to minimize confusion and maximize efficiency. Important actions such as sending invitation links, adding new tenants, and viewing detailed records are accessible within a few clicks. The interface ensures that even non-technical users can confidently navigate the system and manage operations smoothly.

Mobile Optimized

Kubo Living is built for convenience, allowing tenants to access essential services directly from their smartphones. Residents can quickly navigate to billing statements, security passes, reservations, intercom, messages, and issue reporting all from a clean and intuitive home screen.

The design focuses on simplicity and accessibility. Large icons, clear labels, and an organized layout ensure that even first-time users can easily find what they need. Whether checking announcements or managing requests, residents can stay connected to their property anytime, anywhere.

Payment Management

The Invoice & Payment Management feature provides a structured overview of unpaid and paid invoices. Property managers can track statement balances, due dates, and invoice numbers at a glance. The searchable table ensures quick access to specific tenant records, making financial monitoring efficient and organized.

With a dedicated “View Statement” panel, admins can instantly pull up detailed billing information for any tenant. This helps streamline payment tracking, minimize missed dues, and maintain accurate financial records. The system simplifies accounting processes while ensuring transparency between management and residents.

Visitor Access Approval

The Visitor Access Approval feature allows security personnel or administrators to review, verify, and authorize visitor entry requests before granting access to the premises. It provides a centralized list of pending requests, including unit number, tenant information, guest details, visit date, and stated purpose, ensuring that every entry is properly validated.

By requiring approval prior to entry, this feature strengthens overall security control and prevents unauthorized access. It also enables efficient monitoring through status tracking (e.g., For Approval, Approved) and summary metrics, helping management maintain visibility over visitor activity while streamlining the approval process.

Results

The app is fully built and ready to go; the remaining steps are mainly procedural, as we're awaiting both the formal deployment signal and for the property management to become fully operational.
